Sheila Blackwell has both broad leadership experience and a 25-year track record as a Communications & Marketing professional. She serves as Chief Communications Officer at Decision Sciences International, a technology products company.
Previously, Sheila was Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs for SRA International, a government services contractor. She also served as Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing for JDA Software/Manugistics, where she led the media relations and employee communications teams. Earlier in her career, she worked for such multinational firms as IBM (Federal Systems) and MCI (Public Policy PR), as well as telecommunication startups Teligent and StarBand.

She is devoted to her menfolk – husband Walt and son Gage — as well as keeping fit and eating well, though she does love chocolaty and decadent desserts now and again. Her dream job if she weren’t in the technology field would be to run Fashion Week in NYC.
