U.S. Army Veteran Troy Wentzlaff has been providing professional fitness instruction and quality exercise programming for over 20 years. He trains individuals, pairs and groups through both in-person sessions in the Washington, D.C. metro region and virtual sessions with clients throughout the country. Troy maximizes the fitness and wellness goals of each client, while consistently providing the highest level of customer service and building solid, professional relationships with the people he trains.
